I have to agree, I thought the purple was gonna look sh 1te, but it looks pretty cool against the red, so top marks for a great choice.

Yes I had sach before and would never buy one again, couldn't handle fast gear changes (the pedal would stick)  :fighting:

OEM clutch on mine and waynes stage 2 plus cupras did the same, we figured it to be slave/master cylinder issues? Cant remember if it got resolved on waynes when he had all that stuff replaced. Really annoying when racing zondas and konigseggs on the m25  :indifferent:

Really?

Time for a bit of an update  :innocent:

Gradually getting used to the way the car drives now with the APR Stage 3 kit, still have a couple of issues to resolve but once it's all ironed out I am pretty sure it will prove worth it.

First up the normal road wheels went back on, 18" BBS CH's refurbed by A1 Wheels

Also fitted a new digital boost gauge to keep an eye on new turbo, (doing it's startup sweep test and not running 29psi at idle )

Also had the aircon compressor, rad and pipework removed and a long term coolant leak resolved by KPM  :happy2:

Next week should be good as the car is off to Milltek for a new Mk5 Race system to be designed and built for the car   [ Invalid YouTube link ]

Pretty good, I used some double sided tape to hold it down. The colour match isn't the best though  :happy2:

+1. Much better than the purple or green ones!

The purple ones were good to be fair. Didn't like the green ones (well, don't think they suited red IMO). Black and red look good together and you should know that Nousey!
