Did someone seriously turn on the slow user mod on my account?

Two things...........

Didn't know there was such a thing and can't believe you even asked!! 
 

Yeah, we used to use it for down and out trollers on another forum. It basically made their sessions really slow and database requests very low priority. In the hope that they eventually get bored and dont bother posting again. Just wasnt sure in case i accidentally upset someone.
