I took the car to get its tracking done as the steering wheel has been cock eyed of the right for a bit. After they have done it the steering wheel is now pointing to the left  :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

They have also scrapped the drivers side wheel in 4 places and taken all the paint off it. The manager is giving me a call on monday. Not happy!
That is bad crac where did you take it for the tracking , and how did they manage to scrape the paint off your wheels i assume its still rolling on the winters?

ATS, first and last time i will use them. They are all retarded gorillas who work there, including the manager who was fat and thicker than the rest! He was on facebook when i turned up and took his time to come and see me.

Went to a garage in town who did 4 wheel laser allignment for £90 with spot on service and a good old chat about my car! Nigel Langs in Bolton if anyone is near, were the ones who did it. Very happy indeed  :happy2:

Just read the whole thread
Car is looking awesome  :happy2:
Loving the rear end, it looks really smart.
But I can't believe what happened to the turbo especially with the year of your car  :sad1: I just hope mine will be ok.

Keep up the progress,

Cheers,
Ben

Yeah it will be left standard and just looked after. I think the converters are meant to be a bit suspect so we will just use normal unleaded and use an additive. Il get some pictures when we go down for the funeral next week  :sad1:

Time for a small update but I havent really done much as mega busy at work!

Headlights have been changed to Mtecs, sidelights to LEDs and a full set of interior LEDs too. No pictures as not been in it in the dark for ages!

A box arrived.....

They sent me a box full of green foam things....

What do the Mtec headlights look like ? like the new steering wheel tho , must be nice to be able to control the stereo volume from the wheel. that bugs me about my standard gt one and i think its somthing VW should have included at that spec
