is this a US spec front grill?

ive been looking at this item on ebay.de and it looks to be just what im after (front grill with no number plate holes) but if you stare really closely at the picture it looks like there are two small holes where the number plate holder has been removed....or maybe its just the light.  :confused: anyones thoughts are appreciated!

I can see the mounting holes for the numberplate plinth... so no it isnt.
