Fitting Multi function steering controls

just brought a 2007 2.0T GTI DSG about 3 weeks ago

really bugging me it hasnt controls on wheel

do i need to get a complete new steering wheel or just the buttons and loom?

does anyone know the part numbers for what im after

any help greatly appreciated

the controls come as a set of 3 items (2 lots of buttons and a control module). you do not need a new wheel.

these pop up for sale on here for about £60 now and again.

Have you the 'highline' or 'midline' computer? This will effect how much the controls control
Standard: Rear parking sensors, Parrot Bluetooth
Retro fitted: MFSW buttons, RCD510, Boot pop, Black Monza II, Xenons, Audi jacking points, open fog light grills.

i dont have a clue if its highline or midline
still pretty new to this gti

any easy way to find out which version i have?

Highline = full height display on the dashboard.

Either way all you need is the button controls as linked above

I too would like to add the buttons to my ED30 but probably have to go to stealers to fit.....no doubt price will put me off though!

...........if it's DSG = easy.Manual = very hard. :sad1:
