Hello, i was just wondering as ive only just got my GTI and never been to the event is it a good day and is it worth me making the 100 mile trip from oldham/manchester? and which day is best to come down saturday or sunday? Thanks

busy day will be sunday and yes its a good day out.I make the trip from west yorkshire and its not a bad show

Fantastic day / weekend out. I'm making a 500 mile round road trip from N.Ire just to be there. If you go you'll love it. Simple as.  :happy2:

Great show normally.  Worth the trip. I always go on the sunday because of work so dont know what the saturday is like.

Great show, my fave of the year on site camping so always go up on the sat afternoon. its more of a go  :driver: than show car feel.

Scottish member here too going to the show but will be down south with work when Inters is on, so only a 2hr drive for me  :grin:

I'm heading down the A1/M1 from North Northumberland on the sat afternoon - staying at a hotel sat night and doing the sunday at the show.
