Speeding conviction advice.

Hi guys, finally found out my punishment for this nearly 6 months down the line! 
I got 5 points and £310 fine in the end.

Just spoken to Admiral and this won't effect my policy until next year which is at least one positive.
The last thing you need when you have no money is to be hit with £300 fines!

I will be keping my wallet in my pocket at Inters.

Bloody Hell

That is hefty ! Just for information purposes, Jen got 3 points and a £1000 fine ! for 102 on the motorway ! (although we had freeman defending her !)

Much Much better than a ban though !

We were also with Admiral, they will try and screw you come renewal day, just go to Green light on here ! We did, cheap as chips and better cover !

Yeah definately! It was annoying how it took so long for anything to come through, you start thinking to yourself "maybe it has been misfiled and nothing will come of it or someone at the station has used the file as a make shift buffet tray! 

Thanks for the advice, I will definately be shopping around come renewal time so Green Light may come up trumps.

That was exactly the same speed in the same limit I got caught doing last summer.The fine is £60 and 3 points.

If I was offered a speed awareness course I would have taken it.

....Rightly or wrongly, 87 in a 60 is considered by authority as too big a margin to offer the course. I've forgotten what their threshold is and don't fully understand their reasoning but that's how it is.
