Yeh true but the knock on with the residuals with the 'older shape' model is never good.

The 1M is going to be a limited edition though (450 cars in the UK) so you're never going to see one in the new shape.

Jeez that's nasty, I wonder if the manufacturers are having a competition to see how many can make their updated cars look uglier than the previous model. Ford were quick out of the blocks with the new Focus, BMW hot on their heels now and I dread to think what VW have in store for the mk7 Golf..... :laugh:

I really expected the new 1 to look good, this looks awful.

In 12m time it will be interesting to see how residuals of the 1M hold up. if they are low 30's I will probably have one  :happy2:

I like the styling of the 1-coupe as it is at present. I'll be buying in 2 years though so reckon I'll end up with a 2011 123d/ 135i msport. This fugly creature will not be allowed on my driveway. i may stick with a dub after all now  :happy2: tossers
