Clay after roof

Clay shouldn't be that dirty unless the car hasn't been properly decontaminated beforehand. What were your steps prior to claybar?
Rinse, snow foamed left to dwell for 10 minutes while attacking the shuts etc, rinsed then I hit the lower panels with bug and tar remover, the car was then washed using the 2BM, rinsed, snow foamed again, rinsed, clayed......

Tbh the car has done 44k and I don't think it had seen a bucket and sponge since it left the factory in 2007, the number of visible tar spots was incredible and it was parked under a cluster of trees on the previous owners drive which didn't help.

Recalibrate the wastegate ?
Yes, GIAC wants me to adjust the wastegate to crack open at 7.5psi because my actual boost is not able to keep up with the specified in the early R's, and the duty cycle is running the turbo at 100% at the low R's as well. I'll know by Saturday if this fixes the problem.
