Replaced the Spark plugs for some NGK Iridium's, freshened her up nicely!  :smiley:

Fitted my ITG intake, sounds like Darth Vadar is in the glovebox, not sure if I can live with the noise or not yet!

Seems like it would suck anything in! Lol

Seems to rev more freely higher up the rev range though.

Copied everyone else on here and changed my cam follower. At 69000 miles, not much wear at all, so maybe the previous owner had done it too.

All seemed fairly straightfoward (once I'd got the engine cover off - hard work) until I managed to break the air hose to the left of the pump. I've not noticed this in any of the guides, but for anyone else as clumsy as me, I'd recommend removing it first. Part no 06F103221E - £19.78 if you need a new one.

The car got treated to new wheels and tyres, 12 months tax and a new replacement TB to stop the annoying limp mode. Expensive month   :fighting:
