After Vw fest on the weekend, managed to ram a whole bed and a few other ikea goodies in the gti.

Rear brake pads, Rear brake disks, Pair of handbrake cables (Both looking a little thread bear!) New starter motor and a full service, All done on the driveway off a jack!

Now for a sit down and a beer!  :drinking:

Well chrome ones was like £20 so I took them anyway and xenons was £50 so I took them as well cos I don't really know the condition till I receive them and black Gti ones I took cos I need a set if they all good it's a good news for me cos I can change any of it any time or some of them might just sell  :smiley:

Cleaned the engine bay


Used AD jaffa and AD engine protectant ..also bagged alternator first and pressure washed and blew off water with blower

sent using my own fingers

I've managed to find and buy gti sideskirts and the gti lower valance rear bumper. Both brand new in the box for the sum off £100.

Thought that was not a bad deal.  :smiley:

Just had to remove front fog and remove a smashed headlight washer piston!

Thanks to the git who broke it before I bought the car and then glued the cap on to hide the damage  :fighting:
