Scraped a kerb at 30mph :( a tiny chunk of the tyre has been lifted off. Not sure if I will need to replace it, I hope not as I can't afford to at the moment. Anyway, considering the noise it made, not much damage. Lucky.

Don't drive when super tired kids, wake up earlier.

In for the oil service and M.O.T

Just had the phone call informing me that one of the front tyres has a bulge in it.

So two new tyres on the way,all in for the grand sum of nearly £500:00...

On the flip side there rest of the car is in great condition.,again asked them for a quote for a new diverter valve, they came back with £190;00 labour and £51;00 + VAT for the part......

That's a crazy price!! I paid £30 quid labour and about £40 for the valve including VAT.

I really like that center console! I'm thinking of doing the same to mine, any tips on how to remove the top vents from the surrounds? The hazards and passenger airbag module looks easy enough but I'm a bit scared that I might break something trying to get the vents out!  :scared:

Haha, sorry, no I'm near Bournemouth. It was just my local independent that did it. It's only a half hours labour job, so it really shouldn't cost that much.
