Renewed the cabin filter for a charcoal one to help prevent condensation on screen and odors from outside

Met with the insurance adjuster today where my '07 is. He believes it's not totaled :happy2:.

They can replace the side body panel along the lower portion of the door, replace the fender and door, replace the front and rear control arms, replace 3 of the 4 wheels, replace the front frame bracket where the radiator and fmic are, replace the front bumper and under panels, and paint it all.

So, very happy about that because I spent nearly what it is worth now in 'blue book value'. I was kinda getting excited to own a new 'R', but happier to keep the bunny!

My Candy ED30 was today fitted with its new front Tyres ready for the wet season, Toyo Proxes T1R's, been using them on previous cars for almost 6 years now so stuck with what i know  :happy2:

Now I just need to replace those crappy weird named brands on the rear (Brand new Tyres but cheap rubbish fitted by previous owner due to him being skint )

Winter tyres on (yesterday).

Managed part 2 of my winter prep.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
