well not today but last night, replace the standard aerial with the Polo stubby type, replace the hand brake cover with a lovely leather red stitched one and changed the startup logo on the RNS510


So much for keeping it standard!

Sent the car to a friends car dealership who had there dent master guy visiting today. Had a few small dings pulled out. (I never even noticed them until his valeter saw them the other week!!) sorted now and very pleased. Also ordered a cam follower kit from PSI Tuning.

Sorted the Kenwood! Phew. Ready for a visit to the boy's grandparents, we got Bluetooth and DAB. Nice

What's the difference between the mk5 and mk6 rear badges?

These don't "Whiteworm" like the MK5 badge. A lot of fuss for a minor mid but really does tidy up the rear.

Paid off my years insurance, paid my tax and bought some carbon fibre flappy paddle extensions  :signLOL:
It's been an expensive day but can't wait to get her on the road tomorrow!  :driver:

booked her in for MOT for next week.

Just need to replace windscreen wipers b4 that.

Only done 2k miles this year due to my over seas deployment :(

My Jetta had a good clean in and out ready for starting new job on monday plus new headlight bulbs (Philips Xtreme +130%) for driving 40 mins home in the dark  :happy2:

Got rid of the engine cover wobble and ordered two new rear tyres. Not exactly rock and roll, but needs must.

Stuck with the Pilot Sport 3's it already has as they seem good , keeps it the same all round and appear popular on here.
