Picked up some GTI mats from TPS Poole, and some touch up paint. Got a teeny discount, so cheaper than $tealers.

A good fit and like the subtle red stitching around the edge.

Gave the headlights a clean/restore using the meguiar's two step, masked up, cleaned, and during the spray bit, it started to rain, another lesson learnt for a noob!!!

Had my Helix Organic uprated clutch and dmf fitted over at Statller.

Feels great, very oem. Heavier pedal than a standard clutch, but I was pretty much used to it by the time I'd driven the 15 miles home.

Very solid and positive feel to it. Paves the way for some proper power..!

Just about managed to get some yellow tinted vinyl onto the fog lights.

Did you select Lamin-x? And are you using yellow fog bulbs? ←These I do. Love them when the fog sets in.

Hi mate, yes  from Lamin-X, already cut, was a bit tricky, I somehow managed it and as a first attempt, it tuned ok, but could have done with someone holding a hairdryer. I didn't change the fog bulbs, being a noob I didn't think about it, is it worth doing? And yes need some fog now, I'll do a fog dance and see if some sets in over London :-)

A few pence under £60....$tealers wanted £65 - still, £5.00 better off in my pocket, than theirs!

I think it is worth adding yellow bulbs. I too did lamin-x first...and I did not think it worked very well. When I added the yellow bulbs to work in combination...I thought it improved the fog vision over just laminate.
