It was a private sale and not from a shop if you know what I mean. They were refurbished Anthracite with a high gloss finish but they are very dark compared to others I have seen so not sure if there is an exact colour.

I am toying with spraying my R32 Diffuser the same colour so will be trying to get Halfords or somewhere to paint match so can let you know what they say

You are probably best getting a standard ED30 set and then getting them refurbished

Well, it's been a LONG time since I posted on here....... :ashamed:

Been crazy busy with work and hardly in the country! :sad1:

I popped down to AKS Tuning on Tuesday and they changed my Cam Chain and Tensioner to ease my OCD stresses. Whilst there they also gave the car a once over and fitted a lovely braided hose that replaces the solid clutch pipe and swirl pot weak point in the engine bay.

The clutch feels awesome now, really smooth pedal travel and it's nice knowing that crappy swirl pot and plastic clips are gone.

Alex also showed me how to remove the airbag from my OEM Cupra steering wheel, god what a total pain in the hoop it is!!!!!
 :fighting:

Glad to have finally fitted the new wheel, it feels amazing and really cannot wait to try it on track! I changed the control module to a newer CH version which enabled all the buttons to work as it has 12 compared to the original 8. Unfortunately SEAT in their infinite wisdom have done something wacky with the G85 steering wheel sensor so I've had to order a slightly different version to fix an annoying niggle but it'll be all good in the end!

Had a good weekend down at GTI Spring Festival at Santa Pod with a load of great guys, especially enjoyed the beers the night prior to the event at the Hotel!

Was a really great event with plenty of great cars and action on the strip.

Found a couple of pics of mine on FB afterwards too! :innocent:

TTE420 behind bars........."The caged Animal!'

Cannot wait for more shows and trackdays this year.........plenty more to come from "The ASBO" too, watch this space!

4WD Leon Cupra TTE420 K1, maybe slightly modded.
