RTECH Nick will sort you out about 250 bhp on stage 1 gti
then track day feb may be damp so start off safe
and build up more speed when you know the track after a couple of laps
also Brakes need an upgrade r32/s3 ok or TTRS even better let us know how you get on

I Was thinking tyres, because Im currently running fairly budget tyres  :ashamed: but I don't want to ruin four new performance tyres straight away...

I had my tyres swapped over not too long ago, wont they have done a wheel alignment then?

They might have done the tracking, but that's only a small part of a wheel alignment. www.alignmycar.co.uk for a decent alignment

I replaced the another broken DP hanger mount bracket on the backside of the cross-member. This is the third one that has broken over the last 9 years, but I think we have the problem sorted finally. It looks like the DP portion of the connection is out of alignment and I just need to have it cut and re-welded or heated and realigned to the rubber pockets on the mount bracket. Taking it to the DP manufacturer next week.

Still waiting on GIAC to correct my K04 tune. I am cat-less and need a track only tune to eliminate the error. Then, hopefully, performance will be back to how it used to be. My fuel pressures and boost pressures have been lower since switching back to GIAC from DriverMorotrsport.

Just out of curiosity what symptoms did you find after it had happened? I am experiencing a knock when I start to pull off regardless of speed and intermittently when I let off at speed.

Could be gearbox dogbone or subframe bolts.

Replaced the rear Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric 2 225/45R17 91 Y for new ones in my GT Sport. Fortunately they were on Christmas offer so they were a bit cheaper than 1 month ago. They made around 47.250 miles since 2012. Not bad for this kind of tyre, I think.
