I have a smaller legal front plate now (5 characters) and it's funny that those supermarket parking cameras can't pick it up  :P I'm guessing they only scan for regular long sized plates.

I must experiment and see if the dartford bridge cameras can pick it up.

I had a decent drive back today from Belgium in the ED30 - first time abroad in the car. Performed impeccably with four up, plus luggage, loads of wine and cheese!

Was surprised by how quiet the motorways were in Belgium and France - plus how decently surfaced the motorways are. We were soon back on the concrete surface of parts of the M25 and couldn't talk to each other due to the terrible road surface causing huge tyre noise...

Got an RCD510DAB in over the weekend. Feels a bit more modern sat in there now! Decent headunit too, just need to get an MDI so I can plug the ipod in. Then look at amps and decent speakers..
