A bunch o' things done today....
Up first, fitment of a Tyrol Sport turret brace. Probably don't need it as the MK5 is a stiff shell to begin with, but I liked the look of it and thought - why the fruiting hell not, eh??

Up next, being a daily car, I was tired of people catching their shoes on my sills, so I threw down a strip of protective vinyl on both sides. Can get away with it on a black car

And then I thought I would tackle some scuff marks on the leather with possibly the cheapest method known to man!
Slight scuffing, but looked worse in off camera:

So I took a punt on this leather shoe cream I found on Amazon (£4), which as luck would have it, is EXACTLY the same colour as the car leather:

Rub it on, rub it off, no more scuffs:
