Missfired my way to the local baumarkt (b&q type store) for some solder for a mini mod I'm currently doing..

Buying a saw to chop down all the money trees you've found? :grin:

I wish mate  :sad:

Ahh but you failed to state what browser you were using :p, its something the app inserts by itself, but if it upsets you I can have a look to see if there is a way to disable it

....Thanks for the offer to disable it but I'm not hugely fussed. Just an occasional inconvenience to remove it from a quoted reply.  :drinking:

Couple of diagnostic logs / scans at Seat;

Fault cyl3 misfire.

Swapped plugs, went for a blast on autobahn.  No change, same fault.

Swapped Zundspule coilpacks, no change

Before we had chance to log injector cycle mechanic had to go. Was only doing it for beer tokens and had plans already for lunchtime so had to go...

Drove to Chelmsford VW and ordered my rattle cans for the rear badge and new rev d dv. Drooled over a CW .:R and then a CW GTD, the Xenons with the built in LED's looked alot better than the ones on the .:R.

Then went home and fitted my LED rear lights without breaking anything :jumpmove:

Me jealous  :drool:

Just fitted my ED30 rear lights.

Also removed the bonnet insulation as it was sagging badly and rubbing / breaking up on the MAF connector and oil cap resulting in a lot of dust all over the bay...

Spent this morning fitting a 3d boot badge and front bumper only to find that Halfrauds sell absolutely nothing suitable to clip my number plate bracket on :stupid:

.
Today I took my daughter back to Uni - A round trip of 470 miles. Some M-way, lots of fast A-road dual-carriageway and a few miles of enthusiastic B-road twisties. My car got a very good workout and is still so much fun. That journey would have been depressing in an ordinary car and very tiring.

Managed to scratch the car when giving it a wash and then kerbed two alloys whilst driving.  :sad:

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
