TFSI Mike; I posted this from photobucket by copying the 'IMG code'. What's different "to embed"? Sorry for being a computer virgin.

Fitted my new hella xenon(?) look headlights. 90% removing screws and 10% swearing at the headlight connectors which would not come off. Ended up breaking the connector part on the old headlight to get it out. Now to book an appointment at the garage for headlight adjustment with the special box of tricks. Took about an hour and a half but my defence is I had a splitting headache, had already thrown up twice this morning (illness, not alcohol related unfortunately) and had my 2 yr old as my apprentice and he was more interested in moving things I needed out of my reach than helping me fit the lights, and running off up the road after the neighbours dogs.
