All I can do every day is wish I hadn't wrecked it.
I got a phone call from my doctor this morning informing me that the emergency room crew and
the physicians assistant both, missed/overlooked that a have a broken 12th vertebrae. And this is why I'm likely in so much pain.
I don't know which one of us will get better first. Me or my MKV...

The MKV!

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Made a sound clip of my intake and DV boost release. Is there something wrong with it?

Well the 18oz can of collinite 476 and applicator pads and buffing cloths arrived this morning, so tomorrow my Candy Ed30 will be treated to a full wash and then an afternoon polish.
I have also been talked into cutting my mothers roof on her Mk5 Golf as it shows damage from bird crap and the remnants of the ash cloud as it was sat for 3 months not being used (she only does 800 miles per year  :surprised:), once that has been done she has talked my father into "Borrowing" some of my collinite to wax hers to seal it for the winter, my father said he will do both hers and his own car as long as he can find his oribital polishing tool somewhere in the garage, hope he finds that as i might have a borrow meself  :happy2:.

So thats whats hapnin with my MK5 this weekend  :innocent:

What about yours?

well, I found a few faults that need sorting, so I've done a to do list:

seat bolster - get quotes to sort
rust spot on arch - take to VW
Investigate knocking noise

All annoying, and this is delaying my remap, brake upgrade and stainless steel exhaust.

Washed the car and found a screw in one tyre :fighting:
