I took a pic of my latest cam follower with 10k miles on it;

Not as bad as the last one. Is it possible that the wear rate will continue to decrease? That would be sweet!  :jumping:

 :congrats: I bet its shocking just how many people have never changed theirs.  :scared:

 Just look at this one Alex posted the other day  :surprised: :stupid: :jumping:

emmm whats a cam follower  :ashamed: :ashamed: :ashamed: :ashamed: :ashamed:

Cam follower and its wear.

^^^^ That's a great visual guide for people  :congrats: :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

Mine was 'Safe' and didn't need changing after 100,000 miles but JKM advised we may as well change it anyway while my APR HPFP was being installed. Apparently with an APR pump the cam follower might need checking more often.

The .:R32 came into its own today with all the snow up here....

The roads are like sheet ice and the whole area was grid locked when I finished work. People getting stuck everywhere and people telling my that roads were "in passible".. But the .:R never looked like getting stuck  :happy2:

Drove straight past some stuck 4x4's too  :laugh:

Is that with winter tyres??

Never put any on mine, but it would have been pretty much impossible to stop with winters on also

Today we took a little trip up to BG Developments to collect my little brake kit that will soon be fitted. Stopped at AKS to annoy Alex a little on the way back, I just hope that he puts those valves back in the correct order. ;)
