You don't need FST. It's a slight tweak to the recipe and doesn't make the pavlova taste noticeably different.
as you say my pavlova probably wont know any different, they are always tweaking the oils to say the new ones are the bees knees and probably what they have done here tbh, chances are there will be NO DIFFERENCE.
I needed oil quickly and after finding out it was 5w30 I should be using
I just bought the best one, I knew the other one was available at that price but as I said I just bought the better one.
next time will prob just buy the non fst one as you say,,, what is the difference in the 2 oils - man I dunno - got bored reading their web site.
