Smoothed and wrapped my number plate plynth today

Didn't realise how hard wrapping was. Took 2 attempts and its not perfect but it's as close as I can get it for now.

fitted some Halfords extreme headlights to my wifes mk4 plus the main beam ones as well,
man I tell you it is a pig of a job as soooo difficult to get in there especially the main beam lights,
checked for reviews on it and most saying a 2 hour job,,, took me exactly that time and finished at midnight at minus 4 lol
the stupid little spring loaded metal clips fell off and took me ages to figure out how to get them back on as pitch dark
finally done and they are a lot better light, £30 for headlight bulb and £20 for main beam bulb, they where on bogof deal so at least I got the other side free.
almost gave up when the spring clips fell off though
pig of a job just to change some bulbs in the mk4 but job done  :happy2:

finally got round to prepping the summer wheels for winter storage
before

and after

not bad finish considering they are reps,
cleaned with polished bliss r222
sealed with poorboys sealer ( 3 coats )
couldn't be bothered waiting for the wheels to dry after washing so tried out the power blower thing from polished bliss,,, really strong thing I tell you - meant to be 330kph lol
anyway took me 5 hours in total from manky wheels to finished result.
im sure it shouldn't take that long but the 3 coats of sealer takes ages man.
need new centre caps now and some winter storage bags, either that or leave them wrapped up in my wife's old housecoats lol
anyway, job done
