Mrbeck - can I ask what you think of them? Still undecided. They do look nice on your golf though!

Had a run down the M1 to London today, and I was impressed.  Had the window down an inch the whole way, with no buffeting in the car.  No extra wind noise when the windows are closed either.

Cool man cheers! When I first saw them I did struggle with the concept but practically they seem sound and will look awesome. Gunna get some :p

I measured the vertical ride height and both the fronts are at 24" and the left rear is 24-1/2" and the right rear is 24-3/4". I took the rear's apart to look at the spring to spring perch alignment and both sides appear to be sitting on them identically. So then, I placed a straight edge vertically to see how it was side to side with regard to the wheel to fender alignment. Assuming that the camber is still alike. I had to install an 8mm spacer to the left rear to get that even side to side. I think I will order a Stern rear sub frame brace and have it installed during an alignment after the new tires arrive. There is supposed to be some play for the rear subframe to move side to side, so hopefully this will get corrected then.

Painted my rusty brake hubs silver and gave the rear calipers a coat of red (on Good Friday). Look much better now :happy2:

Took a trip down to Brands Hatch on Sunday to watch the 1st round of the BTCC, was brilliant :driver:

I used this stuff:

It is a slightly brighter red than OEM but actually matches my NQSBBK better now :happy2:
