I drove to work, the long way, to make the most of empty motorways whilst the 6 weeks holidays are on.

Drove to london to pick these up:

Rota G-Force 8.5 x 18 in satin black. Only 6 been on the car for 2000 miles  near perfect condition.

and ordered some spigot rings, wobble bolts and locking wobble bolts, then some Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 Tyres x 4

getting the red lip painted satin black tomorrow to match then just have to wait for the tyres!!!

bottom right wheel has been sprayed today as a test.

wanted these wheels for a while now, but didnt want to pay nearly £900 for them.

a guy was selling them on piston heads, so on saturday made a 570 mile round trip to pick them up. (plus a centre console for my caddy and i saw a friend so the day wasnt all wasted

Attempted to change my DV this morning.. what a PITA! :sad1:  Failed miserably.  Tried the 'through the wheel-arch' method as that was my only option - couldn't get in to any of the 3 bolts really!

Wish I had an ED30....

Looks like a bit of grovelling at my local garage in the morning!  :happy2:
Have you thought of adding a DV relocate kit? Very handy those are ;p
