Swapped the rims over. Took me a bloody month!

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Cheers Ron, it wasn't so much the product but the actuall process itself. With it never being done....would it have any benefit?

And bar a catch can what can be done to stop it

Oh I fitted my interior & exterior leds too but the foot well lights flicker when starting the car. Any ideas why this is? They are canbus leds and light up fine when unlocking the car/opening the doors.

Visited Eddie-NL for some cruise control, CANBUS upgrade and RCD stereo fitting and some other MFD tweaking. We were visiting the out-law's so popped over to watch Eddie work his magic. Made the 2 hour drive home even more enjoyable.  :happy2: The cruise and DSG combo is pretty slick.  :driver:

Thanks again Eddie  :happy2:  :notworthy:

Not a problem, completely normal and a common thing for the footwell LED's to do. If you scan the car, you'll find no problems. Mine flicker 3 times, some peeps flicker 6 times.
