Car has gone into Winter mode. Triple R Splitter has been removed, 19" OZ replaced with 18" Cupra Orions wrapped in Vredestein Wintrak Extreme rubber, ride height raised slightly and 19" OZ dropped off at my local wheel guru to be repaired/refurbed after the wife curbed them last month. They'll be wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sports when they come back.......looking forward to trying them out!

In two and a bit hours, I managed to snowfoam, wash, tardis, clay, prewax cleanse and wax the car. Really wished I had the space to machine polish it with some lime prime. Will have to save sills, wheels, glass and interior for next week.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Got a puncture in the front left tyre at 1645 on Saturday evening, so now I have to run on the spakker wheel until I can get it fixed on Monday.  :(
