Last night the Golf wouldn't unlock after training.

Had a quick panic attack, changed the battery in the fob and voila, back in the game.

Kinda just happened as I pretty much never bring my service book, so mileage is on the invoices, so I transferred then into the book. One thing came to another you know

DSG remap will lessen the "fart" noise usual, as a result of faster gear changes.

Didn't know that - how much faster can the changes be  :surprised: :laugh: !!

Got a new charcoal canister and pipe fitted in the hope that it will cure my incessant 001089 fault and warning light!

Fitted my new CAN gateway (thanks @Eddie-NL ) and installed the rcd310 (much better than the rcd300 that was in there.

Ordered a new drivers side window switches surround from VW

Fitted new discs and pads and repainted the calipers in red enamel

Also got a mk6 climate unit delivered, that's the next mini project
