Got cruise control fitted and some 42DD shift bushings. Can't recommend both of them enough!!!!!

you fit CC yourself? I'm currently looking into this for a 56 gti, I read somewhere you can pay VW and it's cheap for them to retrofit.

I got VW to retrofit cruise control for me a couple of years back. I think it was about £150 altogether.

Went for a drive in the rain listening to my man Marley...and had the gopro running on 720/30fps:
[ Invalid YouTube link ]FWg_A

It eliminated the black side bars that the default 960/30fps causes, and I will do another soon at 720/60fps for comparison  :happy2:

I got awesome to do it, as it was only 30-40 quid labour on it and quite frankly, I'd rather pay them to do it right first time, than have me struggle and not have it working and then reuqire coding etc etc etc

that's a good shout! do you mind sharing the cost of parts and if you purchased them from a store? If not, no worries.

I got it from awesome, 120 quid fitted inc vat on their Black Friday deal. Parts are about 60 quid if I remember correctly

I think that the 720/30fps is better. More "human feeling" and warm colours. Not so "plastic" too.
