gave it a wash and clay and applied Gtechniq C2, id forgotten what it was like having a clean car that water beads off instead of sheeting  :signLOL:

Really? I just ticked the correct boxes on VCDS and it worked! :happy2:

Edit..........read the link after posting......mine is a MY08 so that's why it was simply a case of tick-and-play on VCDS!

My car is a 2005 model, very much doubt I got the MY08 setup.

When you go round a corner at low speed the respective fog light comes on to give you a bit more light.

I've just bought my very first MK5 GTi and I'm soooooo happy!

Been cleaning it all weekend and took it for a blast yesterday.

This is also my first post on this forum.

Dropped it off to get rear bumper repaired and painted. Was going to get the rear valance colour coded aswell, however since ordering one from PPC GB on 23rd Feb it seems theyre having trouble sourcing the stock they advertised as being available. As soon as it arrives it will be in the body shop too.
