Took the Makita angle drill to the subframe and sorted the 3 sheared bolts that were meant to be holding the rear of the plastic undertray up.

Started plastic welding the ED30 rear bumper I bought recently.

Took my GTI in for a full service yesterday.

Found an oil patch on my drive this afternoon!!! Garage closed 'til Tuesday.
Leaking from somewhere,  some caught on the undertray.

Wounded ...

Could be anything I suppose???

I've been chasing the cause of a smokey exhaust under boost and when coming to a stop in a low gear....I had done an EVAP reroute without success and the vid shows what I found with the old valve cover after installing a new valve cover.

I replaced the Moonroof(←US title  :ashamed:)  switch today...can help with that if anyone is in need.

Had this sorted your sunroof problems?

As I'm having the same
Yes it did. It grew a mind of its own and would open and even shut itself. Now I am the operator once again.  :happy2:

Good news! Where did you get the switch from?

So much for keeping it standard!

Replaced cv boot and checked DV. Cv boot was a pain in the arse, DV was easy  :happy2: although I did forget to threadlock the diverted valve bolts... :scared:
