About to get the Gti washed up and polished ready for its bodywork inspection tomorrow... I can see myself driving out of Yeovil in a 1.0 UP

Mine is going in next week for the rust repair, managed to get them to upgrade me from an Up to a Polo :)

How long did they have the car when it was being inspected mate? i guess its not long? im going to newbury on saturday to watch madness and i really dont want to be snailing it up there in something slow!

Sorry, I missed this. I popped in to the dealer to have my brake pads changed and went off for a wonder, they took two hours to do my brakes and to inspect it.

Did the RFD and inlet clean.

Not too much carbon build up really I was expecting more TBH, all nice and clean now.

Ready for my map tweak at R-Tech

So much for keeping it standard!

Passed MOT with flying colours except advisory on coolant level being low.

However coolant is always on minimum when cold and max when up to temp so couldn't understand why it's an advisory
