My gti ed30 is being serviced soon and i want to know if daytime running lights can be activated by the garage (they've got vw diagnostics). The handbook says this can be done, if available. (Also want to change the sidelight bulbs to LED's if its possible.)
Does anybody know if this is available on edition 30's?
I've read a couple of threads on DTR's, but don't want to go down the road of fitting aftermarket bits, it seems you can"fiddle about" with the programming of lighting, but if there is no quick solution, then i'll give the idea a miss.
