Alarm when locking

Hiya I have vag com and have tried activating but when I go on the long coder byte 10 there's nothing to tick and un tick any help would be much appreciated  thanks

I think its a the case of changing the digits in the code rather than ticking boxes?

Had mine changed by simon at Vagco in Doncaster

I clicked on Controller 46 then clicked coding Then clicked long coder help then went on to byte 10 which I fought was for alarm then I fought you had to click on the alarm to activate  but nothing came up of that sort just blank

if you look through the long coding there will be tick boxes for horn when locking / unlocking. There is also a tick box for disable horn configuration which needs to unticked

I think the tick boxes were present in a much earlier version of vcds...

What version are you using? The tick boxes are present on my version of VCDS and my car.  :confused:
