Can a leaking coilover shock be repaired?

Iv seen a set of coilovers for sale but it says that one of the front shocks is leaking slighly but is not noticeable when on the car, can this be repaired or would i be wasting my time?

I guess it depends on whose coilovers they are.
I believe you can buy the bits for KW's but by the time you've bought a pair for the fronts it might start getting expensive.
