VW centre cap wheel badges
« on: June 20, 2011, 05:26:14 pm »
Hi my Mk5 has got white worm on each of the VW badges

I've seen this set on Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-PATTERN-WHEEL-CENTRE-CAPS-VW-GOLF-JETTA-EOS-66mm-/220800842263?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3368c17a17

Is this a good price?

Thanks
Matt

Stupid question, but do I have to take my wheels off to put these on?

Its practically the only way without damaging the wheel, whilst on the car, they are in their tighter than a nuns crutch. I replaced some last week, i drilled a hole then used the bolt cover puller thingy madgig to pull them off.  :happy2:

I just drilled through the center of the old cap then once through the otherside just pulled the cap off with the drill bit still in the hole
