fair and valid points from every one ,cheese sarnies it is then, how ever i do think a rebrand is in order,ie drop the international, because a scirocco from holland up the quater mile hardley makes it so :laugh:and i havnt said i dont like it,just once or twice over the years i have not enjoyed it as much as some other vw shows,,,they are a great place to meet up with other like minded people and to admire in the flesh other peoples hard work on there cars

Keep pondering about this myself but for the sake of a 3.5 hour drive and not knowing anybody I will feel such a jerk!

Go for it, only way you get to know people is by going to the shows, this one has one of the best turnouts for MK5 forum members, and it is always nice to have a chat about the cars with people.
Spent about 3 hours on Sunday speaking to different people at DC.
Take a mate, or your missus and you are sorted.

See you there :happy2:

This is what I mean, when I started TwingoOC knew nobody went to/organized one show and then was much better putting names to faces etc. So tempting!

MIGHT come for one day? Saturday or Sunday the best?
