A heads up about a piece of resurfaced road on the route to Bruntingthorpe from the M1. Go straight on at North Kilworth and via Husbands Bosworth to avoid it else you'll spend the day cleaning the car again!
It's one of those really really lazy council resurfacing jobs: throw tar down, throw chips down, let everyone else clear them off. Rooster tails at speed!
