Well i wont be doing a job like this again in a hurry. i started at 3.30 and have just come in after 5hours. Had to drop the whole subframe down and what a pain in the
. Finally got the arb off and have split the casings ready for the polybush ones which are due to come tomorow. Also thought i would change the suspension top mounts as i had to take it all apart anyway and upon doing this found the cause of my knocking noise. The bearings had an unbelievable amount of play in them. So on one side im happy that i found the cause but on the other wish id found it before i took the front arb out.
Does anyone else have polybushed front arb bushes and do they change anything much. Only cost me 35quid so not tooo fused if they dont and a least now i have new bits including, top mounts, drop link bars front and rear, front and rear arb bushes and also replaced the subframe bolts so my kocking had to be one of them and was the last one i did. ah well thats life
