You'll be fine with LP by hand. Trust me - I've done my whole car by hand with LP.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

you will inflict more micromarring with the applicator than LP will inflict.

if you want it done right, the only option is by machine. good results can be had by hand, however technique and alot of time are needed, and to be fair the difference isnt correction itll more be product filling..

myself, DaveKG and Gordon (Defined Details,Caledonia on DW) spent a good few hours a while back now testing various cuts with polishes and techniques.

On my old grey golf I found Hard Candy with lime prime to work best. I wouldn't bother wasting your money on Supernatural spend the extra cash on other products such as a decent shampoo, two buckets with grit guards, foam gun etc Or if you still fancy wasting your money I have some Supernatural im trying to sell

My car after Limeprime and Hard candy :happy2:

Have just used Dodo orange crush on my red Ed30 and the resuts werent bad, gave the red some more depth. Good but not amazing I would say. Although the smell most certainy was amazing

On darker coloured cars I always rated this highly for the money, the cleanser was good also:

I used R222/P21S this summer. Lots of positive comments from other peeps at Inters. P21S is great at the wet look without muting the flake but it didn't last very long. Maybe two weeks. R222 is meant to be more durable and last longer. Very easy to apply - it's almost like vaseline.
