hi guys, my edition 30 running at 370bhp had the same problem......fault codes were reading lambda sensor so had it replaced......it did not solve the problem. after many weeks of thinking i decided to invest in an APR uprated fuel pump and voila light disappeared. I appreciate it is a £800 part, but it really has transformedthe way my car performs! Truly awesome part! :-)

Went down to see Paul at APD today, car flashed back to stage 1 for the time being.

Apparently Revo have admitted a fault with their stage 2 software but have managed to fix it...

Just a matter of waiting now for Paul to receive the correct files from Revo then he's going to come down and put it on my car and do some logging at some point.

Hopefully all should be ok then.

I spoke to Keith at JKM about this the other day and one of the things he mentioned was an ailing fuel pump so that ties in with Malamute's findings.

Is there a way to check the health of my fuel pump?

Lol, so it must be your GTI that was parked next to mine  :happy2:. Initially I was only going down to get flashed back to stage 1 anyway so I wasn't too annoyed, kind of him to offer to come down to me next time though .

Glad yours is sorted.

Don't suppose you asked him whether an uprated fuel pump is needed?

Checking the cam follower is always worthwhile but I really don't think it's going to reveal wear on a fuel pump or explain low pressure.

Alsorted for me also  :happy2:

Spoke with Kev yesterday, and in turn he spoke to Dave at ADS in Preston, and organised for me to pop down fo rDave to be able to check the car, and then reload the correct map. Dave did a little on the road data logging, and bob's your uncle, everything is as it should be, infact I feel the cars pulling smoother and running better all round.

So a big thanks to Kev at Revo, for sorting it, quickly and without any hassle, and also to Dave at ADS in Preston for taking the time to look at it and sort it, and best of all, it cost nothing for the correction  :drinking:

Nice work gents  :happy2:
