Don't worry
contrary to a popular misconception the M6 is tarmac'd above Spaghetti Junction - they ripped up the cobbles a few years back  :signLOL:

Cheers Domt,

I have got a CAI and intercooler already, been told i do not need a exhaust aslong as i uprate the downpipe.

Correct, all the gains come from a larger bore DP with no precat and either a 200/100 cell sport cat or decat due to lower temperature EGT's, beyond the cat will gain an extra 1-2hp if your lucky.   :happy2:

I would change to a Rev D valve in any case. It can handle a much higher boost pressure so its definately worth it

TBH i think its pretty poor that REVO flashed your car, and your having to faff around getting it sorted out. I hope they will rectify it gratis!

Ok, totally off the point but you need to update your sig.

Lol, you're right, I do. It's more stage 1.5 at the mo, not quite at stage 2 yet!

Hi Mandy have you had your car scanned yet????

Hi Dawain, no not yet. Steve  :scared: has offered to scan the car somewhen soon though...   :scared:

No it wasn't Lee, I willingly went...  :innocent:

.

I think the next step will be a trip to JKM to sort the remap out, currently thinking about going for the ITG maxogen and will probably get an Evoms engine cover. I'm thinking I should change my DV to the revision D too, although JKM said it looked fine last time, but now it's stage 2, might be worthwhile.

Scanned Mandys car today, and its also got issues with rich idle condition, sending on the exhaust emmisions light on since having Revo stage 2 installed by Revo.

From what i can see , it looks like her stock oem filter is to blame for the issue.

I feel Revo have no checked her mods prior to setting her Revo up for her at inters, and not checking what mods the car was fitted with before installing their settings.

That rich on idle seems to  be getting popular ith revo, I couldn't get rid of it. Try and get in touch with Nathan on here, he was the last person to get the code, and has also bought a few bits to try and solve it  :happy2:

Don't worry about the ignition switch errors seen it a few times and I guess it's because you got the ignition on. You can't clear it either.

Regarding the too rich at idle. I don't think it's the air filter unless it's full of leaves. I would check the Revo settings first and then look to wind them down to something like 6-4-9.
