Exhaust light on after stage 2 ?? Help with fault codes please...

Gti_mad also has his car done at inters by revo, same stage 2 and same mods, and has the exact same issues. Exhaust light re-appears only after alot of town trawling, but doesn't under harder revs/or using the Go pedal more spiritually
Sounds like they haven't set the settings correct to these cars mods imo

Is it a Select Plus or a Select Switch you have Mandy??

If it's a Select Plus then you can use the REVO suite to read the current settings on the car and then modify the ones on the switch.

And I'm in the same boat, My car was done at Inter's - Revo Stage 2

Darren scanned my car, cause I get engine light every now and again, and again I get the same reading Bank 1 running rich.

I'm running full Miltek TBE and a ITG - Setting were 6,3,9 now running 7,4,9 and still every now and agin get engine light

I spoke to Revo yesterday morning and they don't seem to think it's the map as the light would've occurred also immediately, not after 300 odd miles. They advised me to get in touch with APD in Poole who may look at it FOC.

Thank you Steve for scanning the car yesterday.  I've got the K&N panel filter back in, so will have to see if the light reappears at all...

I don't know what the settings are on at the moment, I have an sps switch but with stage 1 settings on it.

Speak to Neil at APD he done wonders on my car just with Revo Stage 1... He knows his software stuff!

I'm considering purchasing the ITG to see if that would help, but that's what you have and you still get the light every so often.  


Is it ok to run Stage 2 with a CAI but not an uprated fuel pump? I'd get an ITG but if it then means I'll have to upgrade the fuel pump etc then I will probably just go back to Stage 1 map, too much hassle.

When I had that fault code with REVO, I phoned them up, they said
"We've had a few S3's with that fault code, not sure what causes it, but plenty of other cars have the same software and run fine , so it must be something wrong with your car"
Bearing in mind I had the same hardware and ran bluefin stage 3, PDtuning stage 2 and shark stage 3 without getting that fault code.............................
