I recently went from stage 1 to stage 2 remap.

After driving for about 300 odd miles since remapping, the Exhaust light on the dash came on today.

It didn't do this once whilst running stage 1.

Any ideas why?

Speak to the Revo dealer that installed the software, they will be able to solve the problem.

Are you running an intake - have just actually been looking at the Revo website as GTI_Mad is in the same position. Think he is getting the rich on idle issue. He is not running an intake (yet ) but the Revo site seems to suggest that is it required for Stage 2 on the ED30.

i think its more advised to be required rather than needed. You will see good gains from a good intake with the other supporting mods for stage 2.

Hmm, why hasn't someone mentioned to get a vcds scan in case the problem lies elsewhere...

yes i must admit, its hard enough putting the power down on a ko3 stage 2+ so i bet it would be a right handfull on a ko4.  :driver:
