EPC Light on P0171

Hi guys, my misses was driving the car today and she said the EPC light came on then went on. So I've just connected EOBD scanner and retrieved:
P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0444 - Evap Circuit Open
P2294 - Fuel Pressure Regulator 2 Control Circuit
Questioning if I should continue driving the car. There was no loss of power or anything when light came on. I've had ECU update and fuel pressure sensor check and coils as part of customer satisfaction campaign with no issues.
Any ideas guys?

Just driven it down the road and there was no boost :( but then there was. Not good. Anyone had this issue?
Going into a garage tomorrow with VCDS and see if the can deal with it. If not VW it is

Is your petrol cap screwed up tightly till it clicks?

Yeah. This all just happened going along down the road. Refuelled couple of days ago
