I got that email too and it looks fine to me. Has my full name at the top and the links are genuine.

Same here - I also got it.

With any email from PayPal just ensure it has your full name at the top.

Also, just to be safe, never click any links in ANY email - I always tend to just go to the site myself normally rather then click links.
