Why did the following car have a camera filming and giving commentary? Bit of a fluke in capturing what seems to be a very bad bit of driving!

I have seen stuff like this time and time again. Unfortunately people in this country are never punished sufficiently and we allow programmes like Top Gear to portray going sideways IN ROAD CARS on a Track . People like this woman believe it is ok to drive like she did as she saw it on TV.  She is too dim to see the difference but there are thousands like her. We have seen driving like that from immigrants who are not sent home to their country of Origin due to their Human Rights ! We will have less police in the future due to PCSO's driving our police cars around who can't stop motorists etc. The Country is now getting what it deserves after years of neglect from those in power.....

I think you are grasping at straws there mate to explain why people do stupid sh*t. I visit tens of thousands of homes each year and what Ive learned over the years is that there are alot more dimwitted f*cking idiots in this world than you would think.

Tens of thousands i would suggest means at least 20000 and that would mean at least 54 a day if he works every day ! Must be a Jenovahs witness or a meter reader !
