ITG/DSG for me and my car chatters like mad!

Any open filter intake will give this characteristic,  on my previous S3 I tried both Evoms and ITG and both were pretty equal in both performance and chatter.

Just fitted an ITG to the mk6 but this now a closed system so no chatter despite good gains

No its not a DSG, only hear it on the odd occasion really, mind you with all the suction noise you can hear in the car its hard to tell what sound it is making. It doesnt sound anywhere near as good as some of the guys eddys do that have itgs with a remap

If you get the Forge DV valve then it chatters a lot more. It did on my S3 anyway. A remap will also help if you are getting one long term.

+1 for the ITG ! the suction, stall-blow off noise is amazing and very loud ! its the same on the evoms and although they both sound slightly differant
The evoms sounds like its muching squirrels and looks a bit better IMO
